[Letter] 1877 Feb. 9, Louisville to Bro. [John A.] Broadus / James P. Boyce. 1877.

Boyce wants to have a talk with Broadus, perhaps at Rochester, if Broadus cannot easily come to Louisville. Asks "Had we not better bring the Seminary to Louisville next fall and with only three professors: you, Toy, and myself. The new trustees under the new charter have to reelect. If they decide to elect three (3) only, upon the ground, that we must come, and that we must come most economically and therefore could only have three moved, would that not do? The only trouble is Williams. We must have some provision for him-- as to my scheme about additional professors, I meant professors teaching the whole term, not outside lecturers. What day would be best for me to be with you. Sunday or what? Any day would suit me. I shall only stay one. I would like to hear one lecture while there."
